2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be eligible for shipments that were delayed beyond the estimated delivery time or if the shipment was lost during transit. To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with your shipment details.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your refund request, we will review the details and determine if it meets the eligibility criteria. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not available for shipments that were delivered on time or for any additional services such as insurance or expedited shipping. We also do not offer refunds for shipments that were damaged due to improper packaging by the sender.
